  2. Fill out the quote request form, ensuring to provide a professional phone number for easy contact, detail your project clearly, and include any important information such as deadline for product reception or multiple shipping addresses.
  3. Once your quote request is submitted, we process it within 24 hours and send you a price offer for the desired items via email. Upon acceptance of the offer via email reply and receipt of the deposit, we'll send you a digital proof (BAT). You just need to approve the proof if it meets your requirements before production begins.
  4. Once production is complete and your gifts are ready for dispatch, we'll notify you via email and provide a tracking number.

The delivery times vary depending on the products and quantities. Most of our products are available within 10 to 15 business days, once the proof has been approved and the deposit received.

For certain products, or in the case of ready-to-gift box orders, the delivery times are approximately 20 business days.

For all orders, you will be notified once the products are dispatched to your address.

If an order needs to be delivered by a certain date, please mention it in your quote request.
