What could be more durable than a pétanque ball? 

Obut's® patented technology minimizes environmental impact, and being made 100% from stainless steel in Saint-Bonnet-le-Château, these pétanque balls require almost no maintenance as they do not rust; a simple wipe with a cloth from time to time to clean them is sufficient. The jack, more commonly known as the cochonnet, is made from 100% natural boxwood in the Jura.
